Terms and Conditions of Service – Rize & Shine Cleaning

  •  BY AGREEING TO SERVICES, CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE AS STATED IN THIS AGREEMENT. 

By booking a professional cleaning service appointment and accepting a service provided by Rize & Shine Cleaning, the client agrees to accept Rize & Shine’s general terms and conditions listed below. These terms and conditions, together with our confirmation letter (if applicable) and cleaning schedule, constitute the entire agreement between the parties. No other representations or statements, whether oral or written, shall be binding.

If any part of this agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms shall remain in full force. If you are unsure about any point, please contact us for clarification. Your statutory rights are not affected. If these terms change, we will notify you in writing.

 

 

  • We stand by our service! If you are not satisfied, call us within 24 hours of your cleaning and we will return to re-clean the specific areas at no additional charge.
  • This 24-hour, 100% Satisfaction Guarantee applies to all recurring customers (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly).
  • First-time or one-time cleanings are not covered under this guarantee.
  • If a recurring service (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) is booked and then cancelled after the first cleaning, the one-time cleaning rate will be applied instead.
  • Please provide at least 24-hour notice to cancel, skip, or reschedule a cleaning. Failure to do so will result in a $70 cancellation fee.
  • Cleaning appointments are scheduled Monday–Friday between 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM and Saturdays by appointment.
  • While we make every effort to honor preferred times, exact arrival times cannot be guaranteed.
  • Payment is required in full at the time of booking.
  • We accept all major credit cards and online payments through our booking system.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged a $70 cancellation fee, deducted from the payment already received.
  • If you cancel with proper notice, your payment will be credited toward your rescheduled service or refunded upon request.
  • Service fees include reasonable supplies and equipment provided by Rize & Shine.
  • Any specialized supplies or equipment requested by the client may result in additional charges.
  • Cleaning teams follow the pre-scheduled requirements for each visit.
  • Requests for additional services must be made at least one business day in advance to allow scheduling adjustments.
  • Our staff must be able to work without distractions such as pets, third parties, or contractors interfering with their duties. Extra charges may apply if significant delays occur.
  • If, for any reason, an employee feels unsafe due to actions by the customer or others on-site, we reserve the right to leave immediately. The full service fee will still apply.
  • Items of extreme value (monetary or sentimental) should be cleaned by the owner.
  • Rize & Shine assumes no liability for:
    • Damage to items not secured properly (e.g., pictures hung with thumbtacks, loose shelving, or pre-existing damage).
    • Damage or loss caused by customer negligence.
  • While we strive for excellence, we are not miracle workers. Some stains, buildup, or damage may require multiple visits or may not be completely correctable.
  • Clients must notify Rize & Shine at least 24 hours before a scheduled service if anyone in the household is suspected of having an infectious illness.
  • Rize & Shine reserves the right to cancel or reschedule under such circumstances.
  • All client details are kept confidential.
  • Keys entrusted to Rize & Shine are secured at all times.
  • If your home has a security system, please provide entry instructions or ensure it is disarmed prior to the cleaning.
  • Pricing is based on the service provided, not the exact amount of time spent in your home.
  • Some homes may take longer or shorter than average, depending on condition.
  • If cleaning requires more than one additional hour due to above-average conditions, extra charges will apply.




By booking a cleaning appointment with Rize & Shine Cleaning, the customer acknowledges and accepts these terms and conditions.
